2) What’s the weather like where you are?
It’s a rainy day in Los Angeles, not too cold, but a little chilly and wet.

3) Who did you talk to today? (you can tell us one or more)
I talked to my friend Jacqui.

4) Are you hungry, thirsty or content right now?
I am full!

5) What are you thankful for in this moment?
I am thankful for the roof over my head and the bright colors that surround me.

Friday Five on Valentine's Love

1) Are you a romantic?
Oh yes. Hopeless and ridiculous.

2) Where did you go on your best (or one of your best) date?
The best date in recent past was at Madeline Bistro, a vegan fancy fancy place in the Valley.

3) Do you like red lacy paper hearts and Valentine’s swag?
Oh yes, red lacy ones, pink lacy ones, all kinds of girly silly colorful things.

4) How do you show friends love? (Hugs? Thanks? Smoochies? Gifts?)
Yes! All of those, but I think hugs are my preferred method.

5) Do you like chocolate?
But, of course. I make chocolate truffles around the holidays for my friends. And, chocolate is a gift from the Earth. I like dark without too much sugar 'cause I'm in it for the chocolate and I'm vegan.

Friday Five of Things!

Hello Lovelies!

Here's my Friday Five from the Team blog :)

1) What have you bought recently?
I bought carrots :) I mostly buy food. I'm not a big shopper. The last thing I bought was a book on Bodhidharma, who is awesome. You should read it.

2) Which special object(s) hold meaning for you?
The things I have from my Grandma who passed away some years ago.

3) What was the last present you gave?
I just bought the Bodhidharma book for my friend's birthday present. But, the last I gave was Zhena's Gypsy tea and apple butter to Jacqui and Aaron.

4) What little things make your life easier?
Can openers. Lamps. Blankets.

5) Do you like to throw things away?
Yes, I like to clean things out even though it's a struggle with attachment!

My Aunt and Uncle. They have such a beautiful family and are such good people.

2) What book (s) have inspired you?
Viktor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning.

3) What are you excited about today?
My friend Akie coming over to hang out this evening.

4) Does music inspire you?
Oh yes! I love it. I love to sing and hear others as well.

5) What qualities inspire you in others?
Wisdom, clarity and a passion for Truth.
